One of best-known traditional handicrafts, the water hyacinth village in Chai Nat, central Thailand started in 1987 to transform water hyacinth to raw materials for handicrafts in a sustainable way. Woven using 100% Water Hyacinth, creating a natural rattan inspired handwoven bag.
